I am delighted to introduce myself as the new Head of Year 7. My name is Mahmoud Ismail, and I have been at CIS for 10 years. I bring with me a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to fostering a nurturing and supportive educational environment.
My educational philosophy centers around the belief that every child deserves a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where they can explore their potential and develop a love for learning. I am dedicated to creating a school culture that prioritizes student well-being and safeguarding, recognizing that these are fundamental to their overall success and happiness.As Head of Year 7, my primary focus will be on the holistic development of our students. I believe in the importance of not only academic excellence but also the social, emotional, and physical well-being of each child. By fostering a supportive and caring atmosphere, I aim to help students build resilience, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
